It should be acknowledged that all items from Clap That Glass are vintage/pre-loved, so they might have imperfections. Any major flaws will be listed in the item description.

Are Items Sold Individually or By The Set?

Both! Please view the items’ description. If it displays a ‘set of #’ then it is sold by the set. If it displays 'sold separately' & ‘# available’ then the items are sold individually. If you do not see either, then it is just one individual item.

What is the "Open Box" option at checkout?

Use code "openbox" at checkout to apply. The open box option is a way to shop our drop- up to 4 weeks- while only paying one shipping price. Shipping can be pricey, so if you shop with us frequently, let us reserve your items while you save in shipping. You will receive an email from us with confirmation of your order. From there, you will email us back at clapthatglass@gmail.com when you are ready to fulfill your order & get the postage price. We accept payment for open box postage through Square. This is not included with your items' price. If you would like your items fulfilled immediately, please select your the normal shipping rate at checkout.

What If My Item Arrives Damaged?

What If My Package Has Been Misplaced?

What's Your Packaging Like?

We skillfully package with plenty of packing material & bubble wrap to ensure it arrives in the condition it was sent. Majority of packing material has been recycled in order to offset the amount of plastic used.

Do You Offer Worldwide Shipping?

Yes! Please provide your correct area in your order processing.

Will my lighter work?

All lighters have been repurposed with what is needed. Otherwise, if in non-working condition, or if it hasn't been tested, it will be noted in the item's description. Lighters CANNOT be shipped with lighter fluid or butane.

Lighter Safety

All lighters are vintage & are to be used at the buyer's discretion. Practice fire safety accordingly.
