SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or on holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

1-5 business days depending on location. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

DAMAGES + MISPLACED PACKAGES

Contact & file through shipping carrier, each package has up to $100 insurance included. If you have any questions please fill out our ‘contact us’ form. Please save all packaging materials & damaged good before filing a claim.

We do offer world-wide shipping. Please select your correct area when processing your order.

It should be acknowledged that all items from Clap that Glass are vintage/pre-loved, so they might have imperfections. Any major flaws will be listed in the item description.
